About Us
Aurora Community Home Care in Worthing was established in 2024. After owning a home care agency in Worthing, that was part of a national group of home care providers, we wanted to use the good practice we had learned and apply it to a small local business. This means we can be more flexible with the services that we offer. Those services can be offered at a more competitive rate and our staff can benefit from improved pay and working conditions.
We are committed to providing the kind of care at home that we would all want for the people we love. To do that we employ staff that share our values. They are engaged, positive and well trained. They are the people that work in care because they care! We make sure they are well supported so that they focus all their energy at work on you and the people you care so much about.
