Our Mission
Our mission is to provide the very best Home Care to the communities of Worthing, Goring, Lancing, Steyning and Storrington. We are also committed to being the best employer in West Sussex providing our staff with industry leading pay and working conditions. Training and empowering them to deliver the care we would all want for our friends and family.
About Us
Aurora Community Care in Worthing was established in 2024. We have two overarching goals. First of all, we want to provide the very best person-centred home care in, and around Worthing. Not just traditional personal care, but companionship and home help services, cutting out loneliness and social isolation.
As the world gets smaller and it becomes easier to relocate just about anywhere Aurora Care can give families peace of mind knowing the people they love have kind, compassionate, professional and highly trained Care Givers keeping an eye out.
To achieve this, our second goal is to be the Employer of Choice in Worthing, Goring, Steyning and Littlehampton. In a career sector that is traditionally know for low pay and challenging working conditions we strive change that perception by offering industry leading pay and conditions. We work with local colleges and providers upskilling our employees and empowering them to be greatest advocates for you and the people you love.
We are committed to providing the kind of care at home that we would all want for the people we love.
